Reservation & Payment

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Full payment is required upon booking using accepted payment methods.
The hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is from 14:00 (2:00 PM).
Standard check-out time is by 12:00 noon.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

Occupancy & Additional Guests

Room rates are based on the standard occupancy listed for each room type.
Additional guests are subject to extra charges.
Each room has a maximum occupancy limit, and extra guests are allowed only if space and conditions permit.

Smoking & Damage Policies

Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms or indoor areas.
Designated smoking areas are available within the property.
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property and will be charged for repairs or replacements if needed.

Conduct & Noise
